JMI Psychological Services provides psychological interventions and support to adults and young people, looking to improve their wellbeing in daily life.
Jenny is trained in a range of treatment approaches, including: Dialectic Behaviour Therapy (DBT); Schema Focused Therapy; Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR). She is therefore able to offer person-centred treatment, including, CBT for depression, anxiety, anger, stress and emotional resilience. This is in addition to Mindfulness techniques, DBT skills and EMDR.
